House Brest
The residential building is designed as a simple gable volume, stripped of the two cubes on diagonally opposite sides. The two cuboids create accents on the key programmatic moments - the entrance and the loggia next to the master bedroom overlooking the garden. A small physiotherapy with its own entrance is planned for part of the ground floor. Two functional canopies are added to the basic volume. On the west side there is a carport with a convenient storage and bicycle storage room, and on the east side there is a pergola with a summer kitchen. In terms of design, the building takes the traditional gable-roof form and enhances it with the use of modern details, large window openings and the choice of modern materials.

Oblikovno stavba povzema tradicionalno obliko dvokapnice in jo nadgradi z uporabo sodobnih detajlov, velikih okenskih odprtin in izbiro sodobnih materialov.
