Apartment Ferant
The quality of the existing housing design in the legendary Ferant blocks is in the two-sided orientation, the thoughtful choice of architectural materials and the construction that offers the design of a free floor plan over the entire surface.
The original disposition that separates the living and sleeping area has been redesigned, all rooms, living and sleeping are connected into a whole, which increased the feeling of spaciousness and available space in the apartment.
The partition wall, which separates the dynamic living spaces from the intimate bedrooms, runs along the entire length of the apartment and acts as a curtain behind which is possible to slip at any time and retreat to more intimate spaces.
A long stroke of the curtain opens the apartment on both sides and connects the view of Ljubljana Castle to the east and the view of Rožnik to the west. In peripheral observation natural environment of Ljubljana is thus always present in the interior of the apartment.

Stanovanje Ferant
Kvaliteta obstoječe zasnove stanovanj v legendarnih Ferantovih blokih je v dvostranski orentaciji, premišljeni izbiri arhitekturnih materialov in konstrukciji, ki ponuja oblikovanje prostega tlorisa po celotni površini.
Prvotna dizpozicija, ki loči dnevni in spalni del, je preoblikovana, vsi prostori, bivalni in spalni so povezni v celoto, kar povečalo občutek prostornosti in razpoložljive kvadrature v stanovanju.
Vmesno predelna stena, ki ločuje dinamične bivalne prostore od intimnih spalnih, poteka po celotni dolžini stanovanja in deluje kot zavesa za katero je mogoče kadarkoli smukniti in se umakniti v bolj intimne prostore.
Dolga poteza zavese odpira stanovanje na obe strani in poveže pogled na Ljubljanski grad na vzhodnu in pogled na Rožnik na zahodu. Pomembna ljubljanska zelena habitata sta tako vedno prisotna v perifernem vidu v notranjosti stanovanja.
