House Mestne Njive
The house in the center of Novo mesto takes into account the wishes of the investor for a large housing area and at the same time it addresses the regulations of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia, as the building is located near the main city park Marof. The design follows the terrain, which falls in both directions, so the house is composed in half levels, where access to the outside environment is always possible. We can walk around the house in two ways, through the outdoor terraces and balconies, or through the internal green staircase, which allows quick movements around the house. House has spa and pool area in the ground floor and garage for six cars in the basement.

Hiša Mestne Njive
Hiša v samem centru Novega mesta upošteva želje investitorja po veliki kvadraturi in hkrati predpise zavoda za varstvo kulturne dediščine, saj objekt leži v neposredni bližini mesnega parka Marof. Tlosisna zasnova sledi terenu, ki pada v obe smeri, zato je razgibana po polovičnih nivojih, kjer je vedno možen dostop v zunanjo okolico. Po hiši lahko prehajamo na dva načina, preko zunanjih teras in balkonov, ali pa po notranjem zazelenjenem stopnišču, ki omogoča hitre premike po hiši. Hiša ima v pritličju spa in bazenski del, ter garažo za šest avtomobilov v kleti.
